Hello beautiful mom's today i am going to share a recipe which is simple ,quick, yummy and full of nutrition's . Minced meat fritters is a healthy recipe that is made from two ingredients minced meat and split bangal gram both ingredients are easily available in the market and both are healthy and packed with nutrition you don't have to do a lot of work to get them served on your babies table.
As a working mom i prefer quick food for babies that are easy to make are healthy and didn't take much time for cooking so without farther delay i am going to share the recipe with you that your kids will love to have on their table.
- First of all wash minced meat and bangal gram add little water in a pot and a pinch of salt and chili. Cook it until fully cooked and dry out remaining water on high flame.
- let the mixture cool down then blend it in a blender two form a plain mixture.
- now take out mixture in a pot and take small quantity of mixture and make fritters.
- beat one egg in a bowl and set aside
- now heat an oil in a pan.
- coat fritters with egg and fry them in pan until golden brown.
minced meat fritters are ready to serve take them out in a plate and serve them with a slice of bread and cup of water to your little once in a lunch . For desire results and taste follow the recipe and ingredients as mentioned.
