As soon as your baby started taking solids you should quick start there day by giving your baby a proper healthy breakfast. Just like us breakfast is so important for babies to provide proper nutrition’s for their growing bodies but with all that needs to happen to get a family out of the house each day, kids breakfasts are often rushed.
There are many canned baby foods that have been sitting on a grocery store shelf but they lack vitamins and nutrition’s that your baby need so it’s preferred to give your baby a well-balanced diet by making their food by yourself.
Pro tip:
- Pediatrics recommend to introduce solid foods at the age of 6 months as it reduces risk of allergies (but never before 4 months!).
